Certification
Our certifications are earned, not handed out.
MyCyberWay issues two different things, and the difference matters to anyone reading your profile. One says you turned up. The other says you were assessed, names the work you were assessed on, and can be verified by anyone who asks.
Professional certification badge
A verifiable digital credential with a unique ID and a public verification link. One click to add to LinkedIn, with your assessed skills attached.
Earned by passing every assignment — not by attending.
Records the programme version you were assessed against. Does not expire.
Certificate of course completion
Issued to anyone who completes the classes without meeting the certification criteria. It confirms which programme you attended and for how many hours.
It does not claim assessed competence.
Because we are not going to tell an employer something we have not checked.
What each badge requires
All three require at least 80% attendance and every assignment submitted and passed. Specialist and Engineer each require one assessed piece on top.

Programme versions
Your badge says which curriculum you were assessed on.
Security tooling changes, so our programmes do too. Every credential records the version of the programme it was earned against — so an employer can see exactly what was covered, and look up the syllabus for it.
Your badge does not expire
There is no renewal, no annual fee and nothing to keep up. You earned it, and the record stands permanently.
It names its version
For example Blue Team Analyst v1.0. The syllabus for every version stays published, so the badge can still be checked years later.
Current versions
These are the versions currently being taught and assessed:
- Blue Team Analyst — v1.0
- Blue Team Specialist — v1.0
- Blue Team Engineer — v1.0

Why we do it this way. Most training providers hand out a certificate to anyone who pays, and it is valid forever. That is easier for them and worth very little to you. A credential that is only issued on assessed work, and that states exactly which curriculum it covers, is one an employer has a reason to trust.
